Description
The Multi-station Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine is a 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine, with a dual-row cavity layout to enable high volume production of smaller wide-mouthed containers and bottles. It is capable of molding of a vast range of designs from 8 cavities of 1.5 liter, 101mm neck diameter jars through to 36 cavities of 150ml, 24mm neck bottles.

The mechanical design allows high productivity from a very compact space, and is optimized to allow the greatest possible versatility, offering 4,000 to 6,000bph capacity.

Common containers molded by this machine include; personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household, medical, liquor, infusion, baby feeding etc.

Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN), Polylactic Acid (PLA), and others.

Moldable shapes include; plain round, oval, flask, square, wide-mouth, non-round neck, PET can etc.
