The bottle injection blow molding machine (IBS) includes a complete line of 3-station injection blow systems with clamp forces from 70 to 250 tons, Hydraulic, Hybrid or All Electric configuration. Producing the most demanding close-tolerance containers, the IBS injection-blow process uses a wide variety of resins. Finished containers from 2 milliliters to 2 liters with precise neck finishes for child-resistant and tamper-proof closures, no weight variation, and repeat-ability to meet stringent.

The IBS series feature unique tie bar clamp with heavy-duty cross arms, ensuring uniform clamping force across all cavities. Hydraulics sit below the mold table eliminating any risk of contamination for an oil-free and clean production. A Hybrid or All Electric Horizontal Reciprocating Injection unit features flexible quick change barrel & screw diameters from 40 up to 80 mm. Closed-loop feedback control system offers fine tuning of critical injection ram speeds, pressures and cavity packing.

With a precise, responsive, efficient and quiet Hydraulic system dry cycle times are smooth and quickest in the industry and that means longer life and higher outputs. All this is brought together utilizing the B&R control with its 1 millisecond processing speed. Screens are simple, user friendly and have quick-tabs to navigate freely.
